Here's the recipe: 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for at least half an hour) 3 cups of cashew milk (or other nut milk) 1 400 ml can of full fat coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp ground nutmeg 2 tsp ground cinnamon 5 medjool dates (for the non Keto dieters)
Blend until smooth, chill and enjoy!
