My Favourite Green Smoothie Recipe
In this video, I’m excited to share with you my favourite green smoothie recipe. It’s packed full of immune boosting superfoods, vitamin C and antioxidants - perfect for cold and flu season! The ingredients in this smoothie are mostly locally sourced and organic. I hope you'll love it as much as I do. ❤️
Here is the recipe:
1 whole apple
A piece of fresh ginger root, peeled
A piece of fresh turmeric, peeled or one teaspoon of ground turmeric
Cracked pepper
A generous handful of spinach or kale (as much as you can fit into your blender!)
A few sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
The juice of one whole lemon
Maple syrup to taste
Enough fresh filtered water to cover your ingredients
Blend and enjoy!
